"I have known Martin Rock and CWC Construction for twenty years and used their services as General Contractor many times over that period. Some of the significant engagements include:
Littleton Spec House. Hired Martin as project manager to manage the end to end construction, from excavation to certificate of occupancy. Besides completing construction within required time frame, he managed all subcontractors and his own crew doing a lot of the carpentry and finish work themselves.
Highlands Ranch House. Built 600 sq. ft. pergola at our personal residence.
Greenwood Village Townhouse. Complete remodel. Martin did an excellent job making the interior of this home look new.
Castle Rock House. Constructed 700 sq. ft. Trex deck and finished 2800 sq. ft.basement. Basement required substantial rerouting of plumbing, replacement of basement windows, under tile heating, wet bar, fireplace, and steam room.
As always, I have found Martin to be an exacting and conscience contractor. I have never had to have him do any re-work due to not complying with the local building codes, and his finish work is exemplary."

"I have used CWC Construction and Remodel several times in the past dating back to the late 1990s up until recently in 2015.
In my first home, I had them do several remodel projects over the years I lived there including a kitchen remodel, upstairs bath remodel, texture and paint main level, new wood floors in the main level and stairs to the basement.
The second phase of remodeling included new garage, carport, and mud room. Used Cedar siding with Cedar shake accents and rough sawn Cedar post and beam construction for exterior trim.
The third phase of remodeling included replacing windows, basement remodel, gas fireplace, Cherry bar, and mantle.
More recently in my second home, I purchased a home built in the 1950s that were in need of entire remodel. I again hired CWC construction for the project which included an addition that doubled the square footage of the house and a double garage. The entire house was gutted and remodeled with new kitchen, bathrooms, addition with master bedroom, bathroom, and family room. The project included using some of the original brickwork as interior and exterior accents, stucco and again Cedar soffits and trim, it all worked together nicely and finished with a large horseshoe driveway.
Martin and his crews have always done outstanding work."
